Low = stable shortwave propagation for amateur radio; high = storms affecting satellites and GPS. Solar flux (F10.7 cm, in SFU): Sun's brightness in radio waves — high means active Sun. Aurora borealis visible only at Kp ≥ 5, at high northern latitudes (Iceland, northern Norway, Alaska) or southern (Patagonia, Antarctica).

Alguns eventos aparecem SEM link porque a fonte é o IRWIN (Integrated Reporting of Wildland-Fire Information — sistema de incêndios florestais dos Estados Unidos restrito às agências, que exige login); não faria sentido enviar o leitor a uma tela de acesso fechado.
