FFWSLC The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Emery County in central Utah... North Central Wayne County in southern Utah... * Until 515 PM MDT. * At 216 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across portions of the San Rafael Swell, including Little Wildhorse, Chute, Crack, Ding, and Dang Canyons. Up to 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
