Northeastern Kane County in southern Utah... * Until 900 PM MDT. * At 630 PM MDT, the river gauge on the Escalante River at Escalante indicated another flood wave near 2560 cfs that will continue to surge down the Escalante River. The Flash Flood Warning has been extended until 900 PM MDT. Up to 2.25 inches of rain has fallen primarily near the town of Escalante upstream of this warning. Flash flooding is already occurring.
