* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following areas, Brazoria Islands, Coastal Brazoria, Fort Bend, Inland Brazoria and Walker. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Tuesday through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Depression Five are expected to begin as early as late tonight and lasting into late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning. 3-5 inches with isolated amounts of 6-9 inches are expected with the highest totals occuring east of I-45.
