Seventeen people, including three children, were injured in a Russian attack on Odesa overnight on September 3.
According to Ukrinform, the National Police of Ukraine reported this.
Information on the exact number of casualties is still being clarified.
The strike hit a 21-story residential building. Twenty apartments on the 10th through 17th floors were damaged, along with vehicles.
Police officers are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of Russia’s war crime, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, providing assistance, and maintaining public order.
