Northwestern Jefferson County in central New York... * Until 1015 PM EDT. * At 859 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles southwest of Cedar Point State Park, or 28 miles west of Watertown, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected.
