For the High Wind Watch on Thursday, south winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Madison River Valley. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from noon to 9 PM MDT Wednesday. For the High Wind Watch, from Wednesday evening through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may cause damage to trees and power lines.
