FFWHGX The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Liberty County in southeastern Texas... Polk County in southeastern Texas... * Until 1215 PM CDT. * At 1046 AM CDT, TXDOT reported flash flooding with water over US 59 near Seven Oaks, TX, and Moscow, TX. Between 4 and 16 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next couple of hours. Additional rainfall is expected this afternoon and evening.
