According to Ukrinform, Kherson Regional Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said this in a Telegram post.
"Russian terrorists have once again attacked a minibus with a drone in Kherson's Tsentranyi district. A passenger car was also hit," the statement said.
According to Prokudin, preliminary reports indicate that civilians were killed and injured. The information is being clarified.
According to the Kherson City Military Administration, at around 11:00, Russian forces attacked a public transport stop in the city's Tsentralnyi district with a drone.
A 25-year-old Kherson resident was injured. Volunteers took her to hospital. She sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to her left leg. Further medical examinations are underway.
A 54-year-old Kherson resident also sought medical assistance. At around 09:00, he came under enemy fire in the Tsentralnyi district. The man sustained a mine-blast injury and concussion.
According to the regional military administration, at approximately 06:50, Russian forces attacked a car with a drone on a road near the village of Novoraisk in the Beryslav district. Two men, aged 47 and 59, were injured in the attack. They sustained blast injuries, concussions and thermal burns. The injured men were taken to hospital, where their condition was assessed as moderate.
A resident of Kostyrka in the Novoraisk community was also taken to hospital after Russian forces attacked him with a drone in the yard of his home at around 19:00 on September 3. The 40-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds to his back and arm, concussion, an explosive injury and a closed traumatic brain injury. He is receiving the necessary medical care and is in moderate condition.
The mining of areas in Kherson by Russian forces was also reported again. Explosive objects were discovered near the intersection of Mykhaila Hrushevskoho (Potiomkinska) and Mykhailivska (Petrenka) streets.

Russian terrorist forces used various types of UAVs, including FPV drones, Molniya-type attack drones, Mavic-type reconnaissance UAVs, ZALA and Krylo drones, mining drones and Lancet loitering munitions. There was also a threat of attacks by Shahed-type jet-powered kamikaze drones.
Enemy aircraft carried out airstrikes with guided aerial bombs against the coastal area of Kherson's Tsentralnyi district.
According to the Ukrainian military, Russian forces are intensifying their "free hunting" of vehicles using fiber-optic-controlled drones, particularly targeting vehicles that can be identified by their appearance as belonging to the Defense Forces. The risk of strikes is increasing near areas where vehicles gather, including supermarkets, markets and gas stations.
