For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland... Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN...From this evening to late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.4 feet. - Forecast...The Neches River south of Diboll is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
