Ranchers should move cattle and equipment near the river to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.9 feet. - Forecast...The Neches River southwest of Alto is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 17.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
