Ranchers that may have livestock and equipment in the river bottoms should move them to higher ground. Expect minor flooding of the boat ramp. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The Neches River near Neches is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 12.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
