The Vestre Landsret sentences a 36-year-old man to 7 years in prison and deportation from Denmark for possession and sale of approximately 3.5 kg of cocaine in Viborg and Randers. The court found that he had played a leading role in the network. In the lower court, he was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison and deportation with a 12-year ban on re-entry.

The Vestre Landsret has recently upheld the Court of Kolding's ruling of November 26, 2025. The now 78-year-old man has been found guilty of committing sexual offenses against a girl aged 13-14 between April/May 2007 and September 2008 at several different addresses in South Jutland, including cohabitation and other sexual acts, by exploiting his physical and psychological superiority and his superiority based on age and experience.

The Eastern Court in Odense has today overturned the district court's ruling and found TV2's editor and a journalist guilty of unauthorized disclosure and sharing of information and images regarding another person's private affairs in connection with the broadcast "The Nursing Homes Behind the Facade". Due to the age of the case, they were not sentenced.

The Western Court has today sentenced two women, aged 41 and 51, to three and a half years in prison and deportation for, among other things, trafficking five women into the sex trade, thereby essentially upholding the ruling of the Court of Kolding. The case was investigated by the police of South and Southwest Jutland.

The Eastern Court confirms the sentence, in which 5 young people between 15-17 years (at the time of the crime) in October 2024 planned and carried out a armed home robbery in Odense. 4 of the convicted entered the home, were masked and had brought knives and axes. The last perpetrator was not physically present, but had instigated the robbery and received a share of the proceeds. The Court confirmed sentences ranging from 2 years and 3 months to 3 years and 6 months' imprisonment, as well as the fact that 2 of the convicted would not be deported.
