Russia may have sufficient resources to continue the war in 2027 and 2028 -- HUR Chief

Russia is economically much weaker today than it was at the beginning of the full-scale war. However, it cannot be ruled out that it will have sufficient resources to continue waging war against Ukraine in both 2027 and 2028.
