Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island out 20 NM... * Until 100 PM CDT. * At 1159 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 14 nm east of Chandeleur Sound, moving west at 25 knots.
