* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 AM EDT, the public reported flooded roadways and multiple water rescues in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, with additional rounds of light rainfall possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
