At 1224 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across the warned area, with high water making US 33 near Glenville impassible in multiple locations. Between 1 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
