The areas affected include... Nearshore and Open Waters from Pentwater to Manistee MI... At 834 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms that had moved offshore near Manitowoc Wisconsin and were moving towards the southeast at 10 to 20 knots. These storms are capable of producing wind gusts to around 30 knots.
