The areas affected include... Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound... Coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 NM... At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 8 nm northeast of Gasparilla Island, moving southwest at 10 knots.
