Northeastern Lewis County in central New York... * Until 930 PM EDT. * At 856 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast of Herrings, or 11 miles east of Fort Drum, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include...
