For the second Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 111 expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until noon CDT Thursday. For the Extreme Heat Warning, from noon to 8 PM CDT Thursday. For the second Heat Advisory, from 8 PM Thursday to 8 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
