In Vermont, Western Addison, Grand Isle, Western Chittenden, Western Franklin, Eastern Windsor, and Western Rutland Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest heat index values will occur between 1 PM and 5 PM daily through Friday.
