
The National Academy of Sciences announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"Roofs, vehicles, research laboratories, and scientific equipment caught fire, while windows were blown out. Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries. We are assessing the damage and bow deeply to Ukraine's Defense Forces for preventing an even worse scenario," the academy said.
As reported, buildings belonging to research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine were also damaged during Russia's massive attack on May 24.
