Southwestern Marshall County in central Iowa... Northwestern Jasper County in central Iowa... * Until 600 PM CDT. * At 453 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Maxwell, or 11 miles southeast of Nevada, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Nevada, Huxley, State Center, Roland, Baxter, Maxwell, Colo, Melbourne, Cambridge, Collins, Rhodes, and Mingo. This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 101 and 110.
