* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...Through late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Typhoon Bavi (09W) is expected to produce 6 to 12 inches of rain, with areas of locally higher totals. Showers are expected to start around Saturday and last through at least Tuesday. Heaviest showers are expected starting Sunday. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
