* At 550 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 55 nm southwest of Quanicassee to 30 nm northwest of
Luna Pier to 38 nm west of North Cape, moving east at 45 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
