* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Indiana, including
the following counties, in north central Indiana, St. Joseph. In
northern Indiana, Elkhart and La Porte.
* WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT /230 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1223 AM EDT /1123 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5
and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts around 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, Goshen, La Porte, Georgetown,
Gulivoire Park, Granger, Simonton Lake, Dunlap, Osceola,
North Liberty, New Carlisle, Wakarusa, Bristol, Lakeville,
Roseland, Kingsbury, Indian Village and Crumstown.
