The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM... At 1244 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Jupiter. The thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
