* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois, including the following areas, in north central Illinois, Bureau and Putnam. In northwest Illinois, Henry IL and Whiteside. * WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of slow moving storms today over a saturated ground to bring an elevated risk for flash flooding.
