At 236 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over De Queen to over Foreman, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... De Queen, Horatio, Foreman, Lockesburg, Winthrop, Richmond, Central, Bellview, West Otis, Geneva, Arden and Wallace.
