At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Otisville, or 7 miles west of Columbiaville, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Otisville around 330 PM EDT. Columbiaville around 340 PM EDT. Lapeer around 355 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Elba and Genesee.
