IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Carlisle, Plainfield, Schlusser, Boiling Springs, Mount Holly Springs, New Kingstown, Carlisle Springs, Bloserville, Shermansdale, and Penn State Dickinson School Of Law. This includes the following Interstates... The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 215 to 232. Interstate 81 from mile markers 40 to 54.
