Kickapoo River at Viola affecting Richland and Vernon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove. * WHEN...Until Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of lowland swamps and farmland near the river occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
