Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On the Celebrations to Mark the 100th Anniversary of the Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Navy (DOSAAF).
Pursuant to the Executive Order, in order to mark the 100th anniversary of the Voluntary Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Navy of Russia (DOSAAF) in 2027, the President has instructed that celebratory events be held throughout 2026 and 2027.
The Russian Ministry of Defence has been instructed to establish, within two months, an organising committee responsible for preparing and overseeing the centenary celebrations, as well as for developing and approving a plan for the main celebratory events.
