A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... Tampa Bay waters... At 321 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, moving northeast at 10 knots.
