* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...All of southeast New York, northeastern New Jersey, and southern Connecticut. * WHEN...From this afternoon through Monday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of urban areas, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms from this afternoon into Monday night are likely to leave significant total rainfall of 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts.
