Rainfall around 2 to 4 inches has fallen in the past 3 hours causing flooding in portions of Jackson County. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Michigan, including the following county, Jackson. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 836 AM EDT, Local officials have reported multiple flooded roads in the Jackson area. Minor flooding is ongoing. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
