Illinois River near Havana affecting Mason, Fulton and Cass Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River near Havana. * WHEN...Until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Sunday was 17.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 17.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall Tuesday evening. It will rise to 17.1 feet early Friday morning.
