The areas affected include... Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm... At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm south of Palm Coast to 16 nm west of Ormond Beach to 15 nm southwest of Daytona Beach, moving northeast at 5 knots.
