IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. Locations impacted include... Richmond, Mechanicsville, Highland Springs, Virginia Commonwealth University, Hanover, Studley, East Highland Park, Montrose, Sandston, Chamberlayne, Atlee, and Ashcake.
