For the Small Craft Advisory, steep seas of 6 to 9 feet at 5 to 7 seconds. * WHERE...For all waters south of Cape Blanco and 10 to 60 nm from shore. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Monday.
