At 941 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Succasunna-Kenvil, or 10 miles northwest of Morristown, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Dover, Hopatcong, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Mendham, Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Netcong, Chester, Victory Gardens, Succasunna, Succasunna-Kenvil, Budd Lake, Lake Mohawk, and White Meadow Lake. This includes Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 24 and 41.
