* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Eastern Cooper County in central Missouri... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 806 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Several rural roads in southern Cooper County are flooded. Route B near McCulloch Road is closed from flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
