FFWCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Kelleys Island in Erie County in north central Ohio... * Until 600 AM EDT. * At 1243 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across Kelleys Island. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since Sunday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area early this morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small streams, urban areas, basements, streets and other poor drainage and low- lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Kelleys Island.
