SMWCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Nearshore and Open waters from Reno Beach OH to Vermilion OH... * Until 130 AM EDT. * At 1206 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Kelleys Island, moving west at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Kelleys Island and Put-In-Bay.
