* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...Through late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and isolated thunderstorms from Super Typhoon Bavi continue across the Marianas. Observations across the Marianas indicate 8 to 15 inches of rain have already fallen with additional rainfall expected through Tuesday from Bavi's trailing rain bands. These locally intense showers and thunderstorms are likely to produce flash flooding across the Marianas through Tuesday night. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
