For the following areas... Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA... Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA... At 319 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Longs Creek Inlet, moving southeast at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Stingray Point, Hole In The Wall, Windmill Point, Longs Creek Inlet, and Gwynns Island Reef.
