* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie and Huron. In northwest Ohio, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates will continue to occasionally affect the area through this afternoon. Rain rates of greater than 2 inches per hour are likely with thunderstorms, which can quickly result in flooding. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
