Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... * Until 700 PM EDT. * At 619 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Key Biscayne to Soldier Key, moving east at 5 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Soldier Key, Cape Florida, and Key Biscayne.
