* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall has occurred. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Lake. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding remains in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 524 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell this afternoon. Minor flooding remains as water continues to recede. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Kirtland and Waite Hill. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
